How does the PURA picnic experience work? 

MALTA: In the booking stage we ask you to advise your preferences when it comes to location, time, amount of people and if there are other specific queries. We have spots across the island with different ambiances. Sea views, greenery, sunset spots etc. Once all your desires has been met all you have to think about is showing up to an amazing experience.  

MALLORCA: We are working with different estates across the island where the picnics are being held. As availability differs at each estate, once you've decided on a date and which picnic package we can check availability. Once booking is set and all your preferences noted all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy your PURA experience. 

Payment 

MALTA: Deposit of min. 50% of the total price has to be done prior order or service confirmation.
Payment methods: Revolut, bank transfer or credit card payment link(2,5% cc fee). Remaining amount to be paid latest at time of delivery or start of service by revolut, bank transfer or cash.

MALLORCA: Deposit of min. 50% of the total price has to be done prior order or service confirmation. Payment methods: Bizum, bank transfer or credit card payment link(2,5% cc fee). Remaining amount to be paid latest at time of delivery or start of service by bizum, bank transfer or cash. 

Cancellation policy 

MALTA:
PURA PICNIC BOX: No later than 24 hours prior.
PURA PICNIC EXPERIENCE: No later than 48 hours prior the date of the picnic. 

MALLORCA:
PURA PICNIC BOX: No later than 24 hours prior. 
PURA PICNIC EXPERIENCE: No later than 48 hours prior the date of picnic. (Some packages requires earlier cancellation in order to be fully refunded, you will be notified during booking process) 

If the weather is bad? 

We always check weather and wind forecast one day prior to the picnic to make sure it can go ahead. If weather is not suitable for a picnic you can choose to postpone(upon availability) or cancel the picnic. On the other hand, if there is unexpected bad weather during your picnic, we unfortunately can't reimburse or postpone the experience after a started service. 

If we show up late? 

We understand that being late can happen to any one but as we may have other bookings or other obligations, the duration of the picnic starts and ends at the booked time - even if you're there on time or not. Please do let us know if you're running late so we first take out food and drinks a few minutes before your arrival.
